In continuation to General Circular No: 39/2012 dated 12.12.2012 of this Ministry on the Subject cited above, the following words in Para-1 “or within 30 days from the date of AGM of the company” should be read as “or within 30 days from the DUE date of AGM of the company”.

2. All other terms and conditions of the General Circular Nos: 16/2012 dated 06.07.2012 and 39/2012 dated 12.12.2012 will remain same.

In the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 51/2012, dated 23rd November, 2012 bearing S.O. 2777(E) and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 23rd November, 2012-

(i) at page 10 of the Gazette Notification, in third and fourth line of sub-clause (c) of clause (v) of section 3 related to “definitions”, for “sub-clause (i) or sub-clause (ii)”, read “sub-clause (a) or sub-clause (b)” ;

(ii) at page 10 of the Gazette Notification, in sub-clause (d) of clause (v) of section 3 related to “definitions”, for “sub-clause (i) and sub-clause (ii)”, read “sub-clause (a) and sub-clause (b)”; and

(iii) at page 10 of the Gazette Notification in sub-clause (e) of clause (v) of section 3 related to “definitions”, for “sub-clause (iii)”, read “sub-clause (c)”.

2. The other contents of the Gazette Notification shall remain unchanged.

In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, (Central Board of Direct Taxes) number S.O. 2685(E), dated the 6th November, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th November, 2012, in the table, for “Rural Electrical Corporation”, read “Rural Electrification Corporation Limited”.

Constitution of a Committee for Reforming the Regulatory Environment for doing Business in India

General Circular No. 32/2012, No.11/08/2012-CL-V, dated 15th  October, 2012.

CORRIGENDUM

In continuation to this Ministry vide circular no. 26/2012, dated 23.08.2012 wherein a Committee has been constituted for Reforming the Regulatory Environment for doing business in India.

In this regard, the 1^st meeting of the said committee held on 10.10.2012, thereafter it has been decided to include representatives from PSU Banks/from NTPC and BHEL so as to make the Committee more broad based.

Accordingly, the following persons are made members of the above committee:

(a) Shri Pratip Chaudhuri, Chairman, State Bank of India

(b) Shri Arup Roy Choudhury, Chairman & Managing Director, NTPC

(c) Shri B.P. Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, BHEL

Amendment of the Companies (Central Governments) General Rules and Forms (6th Amendment Rules, 2012) for Form 23AC and 23ACA

G.S.R. (E) …………. In the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs published in the Gazette of India vide G.S.R. (E) ………………… dated 21^st September, 2012 relating to amendment of the Companies (Central Governments) General Rules and Forms (6^th Amendment Rules, 2012) for Forms 23AC and 23ACA, in page number 7, in the table number C and page number 8, table number E. In the said Rules, for the word “to Directors” appearing after the word loans and advances shall be substituted by word “by Directors”.
